Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates will be determined at checkout by our carrier based on your delivery address.

Note that international shipping rates already include customs fees and taxes, so you will receive your product at your door. 

Shipping Timeline

Our shipping time is 3-7 business days in the United States and 6-20 business days globally.

Please note that these shipping times are not guaranteed. These are simply the guidelines shared by the carriers.

Please ensure you enter the correct shipping information, as we do not take responsibility for incorrect information.

If your order has not arrived in 30 business days after shipping, contact us at info@thedaybyday.co. Incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, natural disasters, and restrictions may delay your order. We take no responsibility for delivery delays outside of our control and will take no action on these orders during that time.

Taxes and Duties 

International customers (outside the United States) will not be charged customs and duties by local customs authority. Any fees are already included in the international shipping price. 

Please note that we currently do not ship to the following countries: 

Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei, Central African Republic, Laos, New Caledonia, Niue, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen
