Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are happy to provide a replacement if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items.
To start a request, you can contact us at info@thedaybyday.co. Be sure to include your order number when submitting your request. Providing digital images with your initial request will speed up the resolution.
Returns
Refunds
If you're approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@thedaybyday.co.
Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations. But we can change your order within 2 hours of your purchase.
